Managing emotions in business and mental resilience

Managing emotions in business and mental resilience

The ability to manage one's own emotions and those of colleagues and customers is becoming increasingly important in business. This is particularly true in light of recent research indicating that 80-90% of human decision-making is guided by emotions and intuition rather than rational arguments. Therefore, the ability to influence one's own and other people's emotions is crucial in business. The modern world is characterised by an unparalleled level of contact intensity due to globalisation and the development of technology. Effective navigation of this world requires an emotional style that leverages the potential of existing relationships. However, this does not negate the importance of management mechanisms, sales strategies, or negotiations. Emotional intelligence plays a significant role in determining how people utilize this knowledge and their skills in both professional and personal contexts. Those with greater emotional resilience are better equipped to cope with the challenges of everyday life, whether personal or professional. They are also more able to recover from traumatic events more quickly.

This training proposal includes a series of workshops designed to improve emotional and social competences in the context of business. The objective is to equip participants with the skills to manage emotions and build mental resilience in business.
