Mental Comfort Program
Mental Comfort is a multi-level psycho-educational program to support well-being activities at the Company. Through participation in the program, leaders become ambassadors of Employees' well-being, and Employees learn how to take care of their mental comfort at work.
Aspiring Leaders Program
Aspiring Leaders is a development program dedicated to Employees who aspire to leadership roles. Through participation in the program, participants develop their interpersonal and leadership competencies.
Rising Leaders Program
Rising Leaders is a program designed specifically for the needs of newly minted leaders to support them in developing their leadership competencies. Taking part in the program educates participants to recognize their talents and build their leadership careers in harmony with them.
