Education
When we’re helping with development in education, we use proven psychological knowledge to help people build on their strengths. Our experience in supporting development in education can be described as a series of steps: first, we identify the problem, then we name it, and finally, we develop a remedial method based on empirically proven knowledge.
We teach by entertaining, we entertain by teaching
We see education as a series of interactions (including upbringing and education) that help people discover their potential, build on it, and learn how to live their lives based on that potential. This helps them protect themselves from their own weaknesses and adversities. We believe in lifelong education. We look at the positive side of psychology, which helps us understand how people can protect themselves. We believe in building on strengths. Our goal is to help people become happier, more creative, and more fulfilled. We want them to be able to spread their energy and passion to others, so they can contribute to building a better world.
Our educational activities
Tailor-made educational services
We design each development service based on the client’s previously diagnosed needs, if you would like to see how we work, please take a look at the sample projects we have completed in the Realisations tab.
Above are examples of our learning activities. The content presented can be intertwined and combined into full training cycles, depending on the development objectives and the time required to deliver the service. These are not ready-made agendas, but rather topics that are subject to change in the process of adapting the offer to the client’s needs and expectations.
What makes our educational projects UNIQUE?
We teach by entertaining
We ensure that our training activities are engaging and appealing to participants, utilising gamification techniques in education. We create original and unique materials and teaching aids, paying close attention to detail.
We bring together theory and practice
We believe there is nothing more practical than a good and proven theory. We engage participants in discussion by presenting different points of view. We provoke reflection and encourage participants to independently verify the hypotheses presented.
We rely on evidence-based knowledge
There are a lot of myths in the education market that we try to debunk. For example, we don’t believe that a black cat brings bad luck, and we don’t believe that we only use 10% of our brain. We provide training based on scientific evidence. Efficiency and ethics in education are important to us.
We focus on cooperation
Our goal is to bring together the different interests of everyone involved in education, and we design development services that meet everyone’s needs. When it comes to implementing educational outcomes, our main focus is on keeping everyone engaged and meeting their needs, as well as the client’s expectations.
We grind diamonds
We utilise proven tools for psychological diagnosis of potential. Our approach draws on the achievements of scientific psychology and combines them with the experiences of practitioners. We employ empirically proven methods to discover and develop potential.
We use gamification
We utilise a variety of gamification techniques to develop original training scenarios. Our narrative is carefully crafted to engage participants and our training materials and props are meticulously prepared to ensure that even the most disengaged individuals are fully engaged.

The training was structured differently from all training to date. There was a lot of emphasis on practical work with the student, i.e. learning by experiencing rather than by giving knowledge. Super :)
What stuck out to me most from the training courses: the content preparation and commitment of the trainers, the positive atmosphere during the teacher workshops, the activities on persuasion and motivation.
As a result of participating in the Słowa Mają Moc (Words Have Power) project, our pupils are more open, communicative, the bonds between the project participants have strengthened, and they have felt distinguished from the class. They are able to talk about emotions and feelings, have changed their attitude towards failure and are more self-aware.
What I liked most was the talk about communication, understanding another person and performing on stage. It was great to hear that it's the words that count, not the appearance. I liked the plate-spinning class the least because the trick didn't work out for me, but it taught me that I need to practice to make something work out for me, which helped me to develop myself in extra classes.
What I liked about the project was all the activities, how people are open to help us. The time spent together taught me a lot about believing in myself and my abilities and believing that ‘we can!’. I would very much like to thank you for the chance to participate in this project - THANK YOU!
I really enjoyed it and I know I'll get a lot out of it. The benefits are that we learn from each other and people learn from us. Working with people, showing that we need every emotion. This project teaches us to believe in ourselves and our dreams, that we need to grow into it.
