Offer for principals of schools and educational establishments

Education is a system designed to help children develop their natural abilities and enable them to cope with the world. Today, however, technology is advancing so rapidly that it is difficult to predict what the near future will look like, so planning an effective education becomes quite a challenge. Therefore, modern education (school and pre-school) should focus on developing creativity and independent thinking so that students can cope with challenges that we cannot foresee. It is important for teachers to accompany students in discovering their passions, to show (not impose) directions and places where the child can develop their special talents. The ability to interact is also extremely important in today's world. Undoubtedly, the example should come from the top, so the headteacher must ensure cooperation in the school at various levels, both between teachers, pupils, parents and other educational institutions. It is therefore necessary to continuously develop interpersonal skills in order to effectively achieve educational goals.

This is why we offer various forms of educational support for headmasters, teachers and all those involved in the educational process and, above all, for the benefit of students:

  • training for teaching staff
  • trainings and workshops for selected teams of teachers
  • inspirational/inaugural lectures
  • teambuilding for teachers
  • managerial training for school and kindergarten principals
  • individual consultations/coaching for principals

Developing the concept of school work

The aim of this project is to make parents, pupils and teachers aware that it is possible to change the approach to education and that adaptation to the requirements of modern reality should be done by the method of small steps and through the cooperation of all those involved. The project takes the form of cyclical workshops and consultation meetings, the aim of which is to introduce systemic solutions in the school to increase the motivation of parents to participate in the educational process, to enhance the creativity of teachers in their daily work and to encourage greater participation of pupils in the learning process. As a result, the joint development of a new concept of school work will contribute to improving the quality of education and the external image of the school. Everyone will find out what changes they can make in their approach to education.

As a result, the joint development of a new school concept will contribute to improving the quality of education and the external image of the organisation. Everyone will learn what changes in approach to education they can make themselves.

Training for teaching staff

The school is a place where people from different backgrounds, family cultures (often of different national origins), traditions and environments come together. This diversity is on the one hand a great richness, but on the other hand often a source of conflict. Interpersonal skills play an important role here. The lack of such skills in people working in education has a negative impact on the work of all colleagues and pupils.

The effect of the training boards is to familiarise teachers with innovative forms of cooperation with parents, as well as with ways of arousing intrinsic motivation for learning in pupils, diagnosing their needs and expectations and matching them with appropriate working tools.

Examples of topics for the training boards:

  • Developing emotional and social skills.
  • Preventing professional burnout.
  • Motivation 2.0, i.e. new principles of learning motivation.
  • Interpersonal skills of the professional teacher.
  • Collaboration between teachers and parents.
  • Effective self-presentation in the teaching profession. Building a coherent image through communication.
  • A school attracting like a magnet, i.e. active and innovative ways of teaching(lecture, workshop, practical exercises, case study).

Leadership competences of principals

Today’s school leaders are exposed to a variety of unfavourable factors, constant gusts of wind that make their lives constantly stressful. The work of a leader is very different from the work of other employees in any organisation, because leaders have to manage not only their own emotions, but above all the emotions of their employees. On a daily basis, school leaders have to convince others of their ideas and arguments in order to motivate them to achieve their goals, including improving the quality of education. Leadership skills therefore appear to be crucial in managing their own development as well as that of the educational organisation.

Examples of topics for leadership training

  • Principal as leader. Leadership competences of the head teacher.
  • Efficient internal communication of the head teacher. Conflict resolution, negotiation, problem solving using communication tools.
  • Effective support of the change process – ways to arouse intrinsic motivation and inspire change, goal setting, delegating and enforcing tasks, monitoring effects.
  • Team building – stages of team building, challenging situations and leadership activities to support team processes in practice.
  • Supporting employee development – reinforcing desirable behaviour, eliminating undesirable behaviour, providing feedback, valuing employees, diagnosing potential, assessing and developing competencies.
  • How not to get lost in the face of constant change? Efficient organisation of the principal (time management, communication management, change management).
