Mental Corner - a portion of knowledge and inspiration
Mental well-being can be defined as the result of cognitive and emotional evaluation of one’s life, which consists of high levels of fulfillment and life satisfaction in various areas: physical, emotional, social and spiritual. Researchers from various fields have been studying the nature and essence of human well-being and its impact on the quality of human life and health. It has not been known for a long time that balance and harmony are important for maintaining physical and mental well-being.
Mental Corner is a collection of inspiring videos, helpful articles, and books that are consistent with current scientific knowledge. We have divided the materials we have collected into smaller, easier to digest portions. Inspired by the concept of Healthy Mind Platter* we have divided the content into 7 categories and added additional materials for self-diagnosis and self-work.
Designed to help you build mental habits conducive to maintaining mental well-being.
*In 2011, Dr. Daniel J. Siegel, in collaboration with Dr. David Rock, created The Healthy Mind Platter, which is an analogy to the food pyramid recommended by the WHO (World Health Organization).
