1 Pit Stop - Teamwork

Check out the training materials for Pit Stop 1 – Teamwork. The workshop was led by Marek Szopa and Anna Hemlich-Zgoda.

PART 1

In this part, led by Marek Szopa, we dealt with the subject of the power of diversity. Each of us has a unique, individual set of traits and competencies – an invaluable asset to any team. Referring to these differences, we talked about team synergy, i.e. what can favor and hinder cooperation. It is a natural part of our activity to make mistakes, and the strength of a team is to provide support and learn from our mistakes.
