Check out the training materials for Pit Stop 2 – Self-motivation and proactivity. The workshop was led by Kamila Kamińska-Sztark and Agata Lewandowska.
PART 1
The first part of the workshop was led by Kamila Kamińska-Stark. We talked about proactivity and the impact of beliefs on behavior. We checked what traits may be most desirable in a leader and what influences it. We discussed the issue of attribution error and its impact on the perception of success and failure. We diagnosed our own self-efficacy and attitude towards constancy and changeability.

PART 2
In the second part of the workshop Agata Lewandowska dissected myths about motivation. We uncovered traps weakening a willpower, we stimulated motivation for change, and traps sabotaging change have no secrets from us anymore. We learned about the habit formation loop and how it is connected with mental contrasting, which can help us implement new habits.
