3 Pit Stop - Dealing with difficult situations
Check out the training materials for Pit Stop 3 – Dealing with difficult situations. The workshops were led by Magdalena Ślazyk-Sobol.
PART 1
In this part, led by Magdalena Slazyk-Sobol, we wondered what power words have. We learned about the principles of healthy thinking, we considered whether we can control our emotions – what does it actually mean that “we are the architects of our own feelings”? We learned about tools to improve communication and practiced techniques of assertive rejection.
How does assertiveness affect your life?

PART 2
In the second part of the workshop, together with Magdalena Ślazyk-Sobol, we discussed the types of conflicts that arise in a team, looking at them from the perspective of attributional errors. We checked which style of conflict resolution is the best (if any). We diagnosed our own style of dealing with conflicts. We used the knowledge we gained during negotiating the purchase of a new car for the Employees.
Do you think there is a best style of conflict resolution?
