PART 1
The first part of the workshop was led by Kamila Kamińska-Sztark. We discussed the issue of proactivity. We checked what traits may be most desirable in a leader and what has an impact on it. We discussed the issue of attribution error and its impact on the perception of success and failure. We checked what builds an effective team.

PART 2
In the second part of the workshop, Marzena Jankowska talked about social influence and attitudes. We talked about how setting boundaries is crucial to being a good leader, and the model of full expression has no secrets from us. We learned how our own beliefs affect the perception of another person – already at the level of first impression.
