PART 1
In this part, led by Aleksandra Penza, we dealt with issues related to leadership styles and situational leadership. We learned to recognize leadership styles, identify stages of employee development. We focused on the resources that we can implement at work right now.

PART 2
The workshop in the second part of pit stop 2 was led by Magdalena Ślazyk-Sobol. As a repetition of the concept of situational leadership, we discussed difficult situations in the work of a leader. In the next part of the workshop we practiced giving effective feedback. A case studies allowed us to test ourselves in conducting leadership conversations.
