Pit Stop 4 - Motivating the team

PART 1
In the first part, led by Anna Cieślik, we discussed issues related to reinforcing motivation in ourselves and in our employees. We were wondering how emotions and motivation are related. We also learned about human needs and ways to respond to them using the techniques for arousing motivation.
