PART 1
In the first Pit Stop, Anna Hemlich-Zgoda talked about effective communication. We learned how to send a precise message. On of the topics covered during the training were communication barriers. We have learned techniques to counteract them, discussing, among others, von Thun’s communication square.

The second part of the workshop was led by Magdalena Ślazyk-Sobol. During the meeting we discussed the current needs of employees and difficult situations in the work of a leader. We practiced dealing with resistance to change and communicating changes which may be difficult for employees
