Regulate your emotions - emotional intelligence training

During the training, we discussed how to recognize and name your own emotions as well as those of others, and thus use them more effectively to achieve your own goals.

The hybrid workshop took place on Wednesday 11.05.2022, from 15.00 to 17.00. The training was conducted in Polish.

The workshop was led by Anna Cieślik, psychologist, business coach and educator, who deals with the topic of mental resilience and building competence in managing emotions in business

THE POWER OF EMOTIONS

During the workshop we will together look for answers to the questions:

  • What do emotions tell us? How to recognize them and how to manage them properly?
  • When do emotions get in the way and when do they help with problem solving?
  • What actions are prompted by certain emotions and how do we arouse them according to our needs?
  • The way to men’s success is through the feelings. How to skillfully use your emotions?
