The stationary workshop took place on Wednesday 27.04.2022, from 15.00 to 17.00. The training was conducted in English.
The workshop was led by Andrzej Bernardyn – psychologist and business coach who specializes in the issues of building habits and time management.

During the workshop:
- You will learn facts and myths about how habits work
- You will learn how to design good habits in your life
- You learn to transform bad habits into good or neutral habits
- You will see how to break down goals into habits and specific actions that you can perform each day
- You will play the educational board game The Land of Habits.
