We invite you to psychological consultations

The aim of a consultation with a coach-psychologist within the Mental Comfort program may be:

  • providing emotional and/or substantive support;
  • reducing emotional tension and strengthening the participant’s resources;
  • increasing skills in building mental resilience;
  • identifying further developmental recommendations;
  • counselling on solving a specific problem/difficult situation at work.

 

Invitation for psychological consultations

We guarantee full confidentiality and act in accordance with ethical principles. The consultation is not a therapeutic contact, it can only be a recommendation regarding the possibility of starting such a process. You can make an appointment for the consultation 3 times.

After signing up for a session, you will receive a direct contact to the psychologist of your choice, so you can write in advance what you want to focus on. This will allow you to prepare for the meeting in advance and use the session time effectively. In case of session cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours before the scheduled date, so that the reserved time can be used by someone else.

During the consultation, you can expect from the psychologist-coach

  • knowledge transfer and presentation of tools that help in solving a given situation;
  • support in searching for the best method of dealing with the challenge by using well addressed questions.

Due to health reasons, new consultation dates with Mateusz Majchrzak are not available. He is substituted by Andrzej Bernardyn – psychologist and coach who specializes in working on changing habits and time management.
