Graduated in psychology from the University of Wrocław. She studied Pedagogy with a specialisation in Adult Education and Social Marketing. At the Pracownia Rozwoju, she is the main backstage manager – she takes care of the preparation of educational and training content, coordinates projects, and, above all, ensures that everyone is in the right place at the right time. Once in a while, he works front of house leading workshops and training sessions.
In addition to her work at Pracownia Rozwoju, she participates in international Erasmus+ projects, taking part in the designing of educational programmes focused on developing adult competences in the areas of critical thinking, digital skills and overcoming anxiety. She conducted classes in the area of coping with stress at the Wrocław University of the Third Age and currently works with the WSB Merito University in Wrocław, conducting classes in social communication. She is an editor at the Journal of Education Culture and Society.
Her passion is the psychology of emotions, and she is particularly interested in cultural differences in the way emotions are described and expressed. This interest was born out of a fascination with how diverse our emotional responses and vocabularies for describing emotions are, and how culture influences our psyche.
In her spare time, she immerses herself in the world of reportage, which allows her to better understand the diversity of human experience and deepen her understanding of social reality. She is not only a theoretician but also a practitioner, constantly expanding her horizons and skills.
