When does feedback motivate for further development?
A team of production line management leaders took part in a series of training sessions to develop their communication skills. One of the client’s priorities was to introduce a culture of regular feedback into the employee appraisal process. Thanks to cleverly designed simulations and original games, participants were able to experience first-hand the effects of using effective communication tools. The recording of appraisal interviews, which was part of the training, provided an opportunity to review and correct one’s own mistakes, which also made the leaders themselves more open to feedback.
