Business coaching - career profiling
The great revolutionaries of thought are those who break away from the norms, follow their own path, and in doing so, transform talent into achievement, fulfilling their true potential. But how can you achieve success in both your career and life, in a way that feels uniquely your own? How do you discover your path, recognize your strengths and weaknesses, set meaningful goals, and pursue them effectively? The key is to plan your personal development by aligning it with your personality traits, competencies, and values. Profiling your career path in this way opens the door to a happy, balanced life. By accurately identifying your predispositions and interests, using reliable knowledge and proven diagnostic tools, you can make better career and educational decisions, setting yourself up for lasting success.

Defining the goal
During the first meeting, we define the purpose of the assessment. Together with the psychologist/career coach, the client identifies the basic questions related to professional and personal development that he/she would like to have answered. The client’s previous knowledge, motivation and attitude towards development are analyzed. During this meeting, the principles of developmental/career profiling are explained and any doubts are discussed.
Diagnosis of potential and competencies
Testing with reliable and proven diagnostic tools. The client is given a set of questionnaires to complete. The time required to complete the questionnaires depends on the complexity of the goals established in the first stage of the process. The purpose of diagnosis is not to study or classify personality per se. The information obtained as a result of the analysis is focused on the identification of traits and preferences in which the client significantly deviates from the average scales of the norm (both in positive and negative directions) – that is, on what significantly distinguishes the person from the population.
Feedback session
The psychologist/career coach will prepare an individual report in the form of a career profile, which will set out a development path based on the results received. The report is an attempt to answer the questions that were agreed upon with the client at the outset of the process. During the coaching session, the client and psychologist analyze the results of the study, which provides deeper insight into the client’s self-awareness and offers the opportunity to plan further career development. The initial stage involves diagnosing the client’s personality profile. This enables the subsequent stage to identify further professional goals and determine the most appropriate developmental steps. It is also possible to plan additional coaching sessions with the objective of achieving the business goals agreed with the client.
