Building a public image
It is important to note that building and caring for one's own image should be a permanent feature of all public activity. Every person or institution has an image, whether it is created consciously or by chance. This is especially true for those subject to public scrutiny and evaluation, for institutions and people holding important positions, and for all employees of the institution. It is essential to have self-confidence, which is demonstrated by the ability to showcase one's strengths, in order to present oneself in a favourable light to others, whether in private or professional settings. An image is the result of long-term efforts, whereas a loss of reputation can occur within days or even hours.
